By downloading or using ChronoFace, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Entertainment Only
ChronoFace provides AI-generated portrait entertainment, including age transformation, future-baby style previews, couple age matching, and family portrait composition. Outputs are simulated creative results. They are not medical advice, identity verification, forensic analysis, genetic prediction, or proof of family relationships.
2. Eligibility & Permissions
- You must have the right to use the photos you upload (your own photo, or permission from the person depicted).
- You are responsible for complying with local laws when creating or sharing results.
- You must not upload content that is illegal, exploitative, or violates another person’s rights.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ChronoFace to:
- Harass, defraud, impersonate, or deceive others
- Create non-consensual intimate imagery or any sexual content involving minors
- Produce deepfakes intended to cause harm, political manipulation, or illegal activity
- Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or abuse our services or third-party AI providers
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute the App’s models, prompts, or infrastructure access
4. AI Outputs
AI results may be inaccurate, biased, unexpected, or fail to preserve likeness. Generation quality depends on photo clarity, lighting, pose, and third-party model availability. We may change, throttle, or discontinue features.
5. Quotas & Availability
Free daily limits or rate limits may apply. Features depend on network connectivity and third-party AI uptime. We are not liable for downtime, slow networks, or provider outages.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, branding, and design are owned by ChronoFace or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, you may use generated images for personal entertainment. You retain rights you already have in your original photos. You grant us a limited license to process your selected photos solely to provide the requested generation.
7. Privacy
Photo processing is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you also agree to that Policy.
8. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHRONOFACE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL arising from your use of the App.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the App at any time.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content. Your use of the App Store remains subject to Apple’s terms.
